Amnesty India on Wednesday termed the Kashmir Police responsible for violating the Article 74 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 for sharing a picture of a 3-year-old child whose grandfather was killed in a militant attack in Sopore.

In a tweet, Amnesty India said that; “by disclosing the identity of a minor witness of a crime, Kashmir Zone Police stands in violation of Article 74 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.”
